Friday 27th November
Real early start, Stuart took himself to the 5.30am hydrotherapy session at WWBH with Marcus. Followed by a stretching appointment at 7'ish, working on his gluts and hamstrings.
I also was up and about early getting ready to leave for my annual BWW cycling weekend at Ovens, near Myrtleford.
Iain too was getting ready to go away, he was off to Canberra and then on to Adelaide for a 5 day level one coaching course.
We were leaving Stuart, Amy and Maggie to fend for themselves for the weekend. Am hoping "muscles" would keep an eye on them.
